2014 marks the 10th (!!) year of The Love Lettering Project and I’m kicking it off in the dreariest of months: February!
I’ve partnered with Art In Transit and city-based love letters will be filling digital screens along the Toronto’s downtown underground pedestrian walkway from February 3-28, 2014.
The Toronto Love Lettering Project is part of Pattison’s ongoing Art in Transit programme which will present 21 new arts and culture projects on Pattison screens in 2014. (More info here!)
Torontonians created the handmade missives in response to a public call for love-letters, Joseph Michael took photographs of each and 30 of them are being shared with the public throughout February on screens at the Dynamic Funds Tower and Richmond Adelaide Center along the PATH.
Huge thank yous to everyone who sent in a letter, to Joseph Michael Photography and Sharon Switzer, National Arts Programmer and Curator of Pattison Onestop.
Dive underground and check ’em out!
