What an honour to sit down with CBC Radio’s Here and Now host, Gill Deacon to chat about letter writing last night!

We chatted about the slow(er) pace of writing letters, the physicality of missives – from the distance they have to travel, to the tearing of an envelope, to the unfolding of paper. And then, there’s the handwriting — I do so love that little burble of excitement when I recognize the handwriting of my name on the outside of an envelope!

Man alive, there’s nothing I love more than a good letter!
