I love 311. I mostly contact them over Twitter about pot holes and blocked sidewalk, but I have called them every now and then. They’re responsive and on it and I feel like it’s such an effective way of helping take care of Toronto.

So…CUE MY EXCITEMENT when a reporter from the Toronto Star asked to interview me for a story about 311, then CUE MY DISBELIEF when my mom sent me a photo of the front page of the Friday paper, featuring none other than yours truly!!
