I had the great privilege of spending Earth Day writing love letters to nature with the David Suzuki Foundation in the heart of Toronto’s financial district.
It was so wonderful to reflect on the benefits of spending time in nature (from elaborate hiking trips to urban parks) and to hear what people love about our natural world.
We were also letting people know about May’s 30×30 Challenge: spending 30 minutes in nature for the 30 days in May (and if you write and share a love letter with the hashtag #lovenature, there are some amazing prizes to be had!)
